Homemade hazelnut chocolate
Ingredients

- ½ cup cocoa powder (60 g)
- ½ cup coconut oil (120 ml)
- ¼ icing sugar (50 g)
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- ¼ cup grated coconut (25 g)
- ¼ cup whole almonds (30 g), coarsely chopped
- ¼ cup walnuts (30 g)
Homemade hazelnut chocolate
Preparation
- Line the tin (approx. 22 x 10 cm) with parchment paper or foil.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the cocoa powder, salt, sugar, vanilla, and melted coconut oil until well integrated.
- Stir in the shredded coconut, pour the chocolate mixture into the prepared pan and smooth evenly using a pastry bag.
- Sprinkle chopped almonds and walnuts evenly over the chocolate mixture.
- Place the pan in the freezer to firm up for about 30 minutes.
- Cut the chocolate bar into desired pieces and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator to keep it fresh and prevent it from melting.
